32-bit & 64-bit

AmiBroker comes in two versions:

• AmiBroker 6.x is a 32-bit application → use the 32-bit plugin.
• AmiBroker 7.0+ is a 64-bit application → use the 64-bit plugin.

Your download includes both, so you can install whichever matches your AmiBroker version.

Installation Guide

1. Install the plugin

1. Close AmiBroker.
2. Copy the correct Upstox.dll into your AmiBroker Plugins folder:
   • 32-bit: C:\Program Files (x86)\AmiBroker\Plugins\
   • 64-bit: C:\Program Files\AmiBroker\Plugins\
3. Copy upstox.cfg and upstox_instruments.csv into the same folder.
4. Open AmiBroker → Tools → Plugins → the Upstox Datafeed should appear.

2. Configure your Upstox token

1. Log in to Upstox Dashboard → API → Access Token.
2. Paste your access token into upstox.cfg (the token= line).
3. Restart AmiBroker.

3. Use the Symbol Manager

• The Symbol Manager can be placed anywhere — on your desktop, as a shortcut, or pinned to the taskbar.
• Open it, pick your symbols, and click Apply to AmiBroker to sync your watchlist.
• Click Backfill to load historical data for all timeframes.
